The National Innovative Diploma in Automotive Mechatronics is aimed at providing solutions to the service maintenance problems of high technology motor vehicles through the production of competent craftsmen and women who will be enterprising and self-reliant. It is suitable for candidates who require advanced level (A-Level) qualification for direct entry admission in Automobile Engineering, Mechanical and Mechatronics Engineering. The programme is also ideal for practicing artisans and craftsmen in automobile maintenance, who require qualification to complement their skills.
On completion of this programme, candidates should be able to:
• Function as technicians in automotive and related establishments.
• Carryout necessary general tests procedures, standard diagnosis and faults rectification in modern vehicles.
• Demonstrate the use of different sophisticated diagnostic equipment for fault detection and rectification in various modern vehicles brands.
• Observe relevant safety in Automotive Mechatronics Engineering practice
• Interpret wiring diagrams, fault codes, as well as technical reference materials.
Candidate should score 100 and above in the UTME and possess a minimum of five (5) O’ Level credits including Mathematics, English Language, Physics and Chemistry.
The programme runs for a minimum of two academic sessions, delivered in a span of two (2) years. This comprises of four (4) academic semesters and mandatory supervised industrial work experience (SIWES).

Note: No application will be processed until evidence of payment and all scanned credentials are received by the Centre.
Step 5: An acknowledgment application form status will be sent to the registered Email address upon completion.
Note: Only Applicants whose completed form has been received with evidence of payment and other requested credentials will be considered for admissions into PAN Learning Centre.
