PAN Learning centre aims to be an institution that goes beyond training students but also offers a wide range of services
This is a unit that renders printing and other computer services to the public. Their activities include making ID Cards, Lamination, scanning, printing of documents and online registrations. The unit is open for services from 8:00am – 5:00pm daily.
We partner with THLD Ltd and STAG Auto Gas to convert Vehicles from PMS to Dual Fuel systems in a bid to provide reduced environmental pollution from exhaust fumes and alternative solutions to PMS.
We provide automotive body repair and painting for vehicles by using state of the art spraying equipment. Our Spray Cabin and experts in the field of Automotive spraying ensures that customers are satisfied with the services that are rendered.
PAN driving school is recognised by the Federal Road Safety Commission (FRSC) and Vehicle Inspection Office (VIO) of Kaduna State. We have experienced hands that aid us in nurturing professional drivers. The school is open for the general public to enrol in driving skills. Our professional driving instructors are always available to deliver professional driving skills techniques to learners even at a novice stage.

PAN Learning Centre has conducive lecture halls, well ventilated for the general public at an affordable price. Interested individuals planning for wedding, seminars, graduations or any event can use our halls for such programs.
The programme in the department is developed to meet the needs of modern diagnosis and maintenance for new generation vehicles. The trainees are exposed to sound theoretical tutorials on the operations of the car systems and hand-on practical demonstration sessions where they are equipped with skills to diagnose and rectify problems using standard working procedures.
Divided into Auto Mechanical and Auto Mechatronics sections, the Automotive Technology Department delivers a training that is competence-oriented, employment-driven and outcome-based using a competence-based curriculum that supports the trainees’ cognitive abilities.
The programme in the department has been prepared to meet the needs of learners who intend to develop vocational skills in Automotive Body Repairs. The programme is divided into classroom lectures, workshop practical and workshop attachment. It has been designed to enable learners to develop to their potential based on a curriculum that supports their cognitive ability. These learners are afforded the opportunity to achieve in areas where they can be successful, such as learning a skill in Welding and Fabrication, Vehicle Panel Beating and Auto-Spray Painting.
Commercial department as the name implies is the Commercial hub of the Centre. It acts as a liaison between the Centre and its Network dealers, PAN garages and other Organizations. who will contribute meaningfully to the society and also contribute towards standardizing the auto maintenance practice in Nigeria.
Commercial department is also responsible for training of PAN Staff, Staff of PAN approved Network dealers who are interested in training and development of their Staff, Federal and State government parastatals including special organizations. The department is also in-charge of training programmes like TSDP, GAMET, TSAP, MAMT, YESAP and LMI. Commercial department also administers Aptitude test and interview for recruitment of new Staff in PAN based on the procedure defined by the PAN Quality System (PANQS). Commercial department also upholds the relationship between agencies and professional bodies like, ITF/NECA, CMD, CIPM, NIM, NSE, City & Guilds, NADDC, NBTE CPN, and NABTEB etc. for the approval of our training programmes.
